Trusted By The Best Design, Manufacture & Delivery Specialists
Sole Supplier of Top Brands
Ireland's Premier Supplier
Over 50 Years Experience
We specialize In Manufacturing, Balancing And Refurbishing Solutions For Controlling Environmental Conditions.
We are equipped with the latest fan balancing technology.
This service can be carried wither at our works or our engineer can travel to your facility and balance impellers. This make it easier for facility managers to plan for less down time when our engineer can balance impellers without removing the impeller from the fan.
Impellers are balanced in accordance with BS ISO14694. The fan application is BV-3 (Balance Quality Grade G6.3) for fans less than or equal to 37.0kW & BV4 (Balance Quality Grade G2.5) for fans above 37kW.
In those instances where a fan is required to be taken out of service either through failure or as part of a PPM regime, Turbo Air Engineering provide a full fan refurbishment service. Any make or type of existing fan can be completely refurbished by our experienced team of engineers.
If a customer needs to minimise downtime but retain the fans in-situ at their own facilities, we can also manufacture replacement parts at our factory and then have them fitted on-site by our service teams.
Fans were manufactured here in Dublin and to this day our facility in Dublin still retains the capacity to fabricate fans in house. When the need arises we can manufacture fans from start to finish within days of instruction.
We are equipped with the latest CAD-CAM technology to cut steel profiles on our plasma cutting machine. The critical component in a fan, the impeller is also designed, fabricated and balanced here at our facility.

Desiccant dehumidification systems have become increasingly popular in recent years because of lower equipment costs achieved through economies of scale, modular designs, and the use of desiccant silica gel wheels.
It should be noted that whereas the reactivation heat in the original desiccant systems was produced by burning natural gas, all electric desiccant systems are now available. These desiccant systems are extremely efficient and simple in that they use rejected heat from the condenser to regenerate the desiccant wheel.

This smaller exhaust airstream, known as reactivation air, warms the desiccant. The warmed desiccant gives off its moisture which is then carried away by the reactivation air. The newly dried desiccant material is rotated back into the process air, where it absorbs moisture once again.
At the heart of these dehumidifiers is a patented desiccant wheel made up of corrugated material. Air passes through the flutes of the material, contacting the desiccant. The incoming process air stream gives off its moisture to the desiccant. The process air is dry as it leaves the wheel. The humidity-laden wheel rotates slowly into a second, smaller airstream which has been heated.
Munters desiccant dehumidification systems remove moisture from the air by using a desiccant; a material which easily attracts and holds water vapor. Desiccant dehumidifiers are especially well-suited for removing moisture from air at a low temperature and low humidity level.
Our company has evolved and changed over many years reflecting the change in Irish Industry since the early 1970s. Turbo Air Eng Ltd founding company was formed in 1972 and was the Republic of Ireland's only Industrial Fan Manufacturer.
This unique ability enabled the early company to position itself in very niche areas of industry. Some of the early applications that Turbo Dynamics Ltd found itself in were in Grain Aeration, Cement Production, Spray Tower Fans, and Radome Ventilation Systems.
As the years passed the company forged great relationships with the main players in the emerging food and Pharmaceutical Industries.
To this day there are few facilities in Ireland without an engineered operating systems that originated from the Turbo group of companies.
